Mr. Lin has had a very successful and diverse career prior to joining HF Foods. Most recently, Felix was Vice President and a Senior Strategy Officer for Blue Bird Corporation (the leading school bus manufacturer in North America), overseeing human resources, corporate and operations training, government relations, compliance, and strategy. During his time at Blue Bird Corporation, Mr. Lin also held leadership positions in Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Accounting. Earlier in his career, Mr. Lin worked as a key member of the China and Middle East business development team for Blue Bird Corporation under Cerberus Capital Management, LLP.
Mr. Lin holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and Accounting from Mercer University, a Master of Accounting degree from Georgia College and State University, and a Master in Business Administration degree from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Mr. Lin has also served as an Independent Board Member for the Company from November 2019 to April 2022, where he served as Chairman of the Audit Committee and the Special Investigation Committee.
Paul E. McGarry, CPA, is a senior finance executive with deep public-company experience leading controllership, treasury, funding, budgeting/forecasting, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance. He currently serves at HF Foods Group, where he oversees enterprise finance, strengthens internal controls, and supports capital markets and M&A execution. Previously, Paul was Interim CFO and Corporate Controller at American Battery Technology Company, leading treasury, insurance, debt, and company-wide internal controls. Earlier, he served as SVP, Finance & Chief Accounting Officer at Rockwell Medical, where he led SEC reporting, audit, controllership, and strategic planning and helped negotiate pricing agreements, acquisitions, financings, and product launches. His prior roles include Corporate Controller at Alyvant (healthcare) and Champions Oncology (pharma/oncology), where he scaled finance operations and reporting. Paul began his career at Deloitte & Touche as an Audit Manager on large global clients, implementing SOX procedures and training international teams. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Penn State and is a licensed CPA (NY).
Ms. Chang began her legal career nearly 15 years ago as a litigator at Dentons LLP’s New York office where she primarily specialized in commercial litigation matters. In 2014, she joined Caesars Entertainment in Las Vegas. At Caesars, Ms. Chang provided advice and counsel regarding litigation, employment and general compliance matters for over 50 properties both domestically and internationally. After progressing through increasing roles of responsibility, Ms. Chang left Caesars in 2020 as its VP and Chief Counsel, Litigation, to join Boyd Gaming, another Las Vegas hospitality company. At Boyd, Ms. Chang continued to develop her career in strategic litigation and compliance advice and counsel as its VP Legal Affairs – Labor Relations and Litigation. Ms. Chang has a B.A. in Rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley, and earned her J.D. from the Columbia University School of Law.
Mr. White joined HF Foods in 2022 as Head of Information Technology with over 20 years' experience in various industries including manufacturing, defense, and financial services. At HF Foods, Mr. White has led key initiatives to improve the company's technical capabilities, and his years of experience leading teams in both Information Technology and Human Resources make him uniquely qualified to serve as Senior Vice President of People and Technology. In this role, he will continue to lead transformational initiatives to improve efficiency throughout the organization.
Mr. White holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Troy University. He is also a Six Sigma Green Belt.
Mr. Guan’s career with HF Foods began as the General Manager for Mountain Foods in Denver, Colorado. His role as Vice President of DC Operations continues his responsibility over this Distribution Center, as well as additional responsibilities overseeing the organization of other DC operations. He is a key liaison between the DCs and the Corporate team, ensuring the successful execution of key transformational strategies. He also coordinates DC purchasing on a regional level to drive margin expansion.
